July 27, 2007: Summer working hours & holidays

  • From July 30 to August 31, we will be open from 1.00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.(Japan Time) of Monday to Friday.
    We will be closed from August 12 to August 16.

May 1, 2007

  • We have resumed normal translation operations.
    New translation projects and large-scaled projects will be welcomed.

March 15, 2007: Office temporarily closed

  • We will be closed on:
    Friday, March 23
    Friday, March 30
    Tuesday, April 3
    Thursday, April 12

March 6, 2007

  • We have partially resumed the business on an unregular basis.
    Currently we do not accept any inquiries by telephone but by e-mail.

    We will be closed on:
    March 7, 9, 12 and 14

February 6, 2007

  • We are currently unavailable for new translation projects since Ikuko Amanai, President/CEO, is under treatment in the hospital.

December 15, 2006: Office close: December 19 to 25

  • We will be closed from December 19 to 25.
    Ikuko Amanai, the president of HighWell, will be out of the office during this period for medical check.

December 14, 2006: New translation projects will be suspended

  • We have suspended to accept new translation orders as of today since Ikuko Amanai, President/CEO, will be hospitalized for medical investigation soon. As soon as details come out, we will update this information.

July 31, 2006: Office close: August 11 to 16

  • We will be closed from Friday, August 11 through Wednesday, August 16.
    We will not be available for any services including inquieries, quotations, order receipts, translations and deliveries during this period.

December 26, 2005: New Year Holidays

  • We will be closed from December 30, 2005 to January 3, 2006.
    Your inquiries/requests will be handled after January 4.

  • We are currently busy handling a number of English to Japanese translation projects.
    Please note that it is possible that E-to-J translation delivery may be delayed.

    We are back to business today. Now we accept new orders.

December 20, 2004:

  • Orders are closed for Christmas and New Year vacations. If you place an order now, we will deliver it after January 6, 2005.
